Over the years we have been asked many questions
regarding the hire of our static caravans, for holidays or short breaks,
that we felt we would try and answer some of the more frequently asked
ones.
These are in no particular order
Q1.
If
we decide to book one of your caravans how do we go about doing it?

Once you have

or our
online enquiry form.
Q2.
When
do l pay the deposit?
A.
We ask you to
send us the deposit straight away to confirm the booking, we give you
the details.
Q3. When
is the balance due?
A.
Four weeks
before the start of your holiday, we confirm this date to you.
Q4. Do we have to pay for the Gas and
Electricity?
A.
No, these are
are included in the weekly rental charge.
Q5. Are the caravans clean?
A.
Yes, all
caravans are clean before you start your holiday, we won't hire a
caravan unless it's correct
Q6.
What
if I decide not to hire your caravan after all?
A. Deposits are
non-refundable, once a balance has been paid please refer to our
terms and
conditions
Q7. Do you
have any children's cots available?
A. Some of our
caravans have cots available, please ask when booking.
Q8. Do we
need to take quilts and pillows?
A.
No, these are
provided. But we do not provided personal bed linen or towels
Q9. What
is the security bond for?
A.
As it says, a security bond against cleanliness
and or damage and loss issues.
Q10 When do we have to pay the security bond?
A. This will be
required at the same time as your final balance.
Q11 Can l bring my small dog?
A.
No, sorry we
operate a no pets policy. please don't bother asking.
Q12 Can we leave before our due date?
A. Yes of course
you can, please remember to arrange the key return
Q13 What should l do if any damage happens?
A. Please contact
us as soon as possible, we may be able to replace the item straight
away.Q14 When do we receive the keys to the
caravan?
A. Dependant on
which site you have booked you will either receive an authorization card
or the actual keys approximately two weeks before the start of your
stay.
Q15 Who do l contact if l need help?
A.
You can contact
us, the site reception or site office. Details are posted in each
caravan.Q16 Can l book for my next holiday straight
away?
A. Yes, only to
pleased to.
Q17 Do you provide sheets?
A.
No, we ask you to bring your own.Q18 If we are going to arrive late?
A. If you have been
sent keys no problem, authorization cards please contact us as soon as
you can so that we can make arrangement for collection of your key.
Q19 What if we lose the keys?
A. Contact us or
the site reception / office. put our mobile number in your mobile.
Q20 Can we smoke in your caravans?
A. Yes, but not in
the bedrooms or bathrooms. Please keep the caravan well ventilated.
Q21 What do l do if the
gas runs out?
A. Some caravans
have piped gas, others have bottles and instructions on how to change
them.Q22 How do we find the caravan we have booked?
A. You will receive
an information pack that has maps and directions to the site and caravan
